GOALS/PURPOSE

    The purpose of Successful Innovations, Inc. is to provide children with learning opportunities that will enhance their success in school. Our resource kits are designed to encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their child’s education.

        The goals of Successful Innovations, Inc. are to:

1. Create products that are of high quality with researched based material
2. Create products that offer service to our customers that meet the needs of their school population
3. Provide services that promote student achievement and parental involvement

	DARLENE D. MACK     Darlene D. Mack has experience as a Title I teacher, classroom teacher, assistant principal, and principal of elementary and secondary levels in the Central Virginia Public Schools. When she arrived as principal of Madison Heights Elementary School in Amherst, Virginia, student achievement and parental involvement were extremely low and the school had not ever achieved Accreditation status or met A.Y.P. targets.
	HILDA C. STEVENS     Hilda C. Stevens is a veteran educator of 34 years in elementary education in Amherst County Public Schools. She has served as a K-4 teacher, content curriculum Lead Teacher, Clinical Faculty Mentor Teacher, Reading Specialist, and currently Reading First Coach.
	STEFANIE PROKITY     Stefanie Prokity has sixteen years of experience in Virginia public schools, nine as a classroom teacher, and seven as an administrator, including assistant principal and principal at both the elementary and secondary levels.
